ABOUT THE COMMITTEE:
 

The UNODC continues to grow as an institution for combating illicit drug activity

and crime worldwide. Through its successful implementation of anti-drug and anti-crime

strategies, the Office has helped countries stabilize and stop the spread of corruption and

illicit activity. As these criminal organizations grow around the world, the UNODC will

only become more important as it fulfills its mission to help states take on the

monumental task of defeating organized crime.
